Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders including modifications
- Able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products
- Master food and beverage preparation according to standard recipes and customized customer requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet store goals
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers
- Adapt to multiple tasks and responsibilities throughout each shift
