Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Willingness and ability to perform a variety of store tasks during each shift
- Ability to keep calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare and craft beverages and food products according to standard or customized recipes
- Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs through clear communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and comply with store safety and security policies
- Work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during shifts
