Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store operating standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Perform various store tasks during each shift to ensure smooth operations
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Adhere to store policies and procedures
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for every customer
