Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Provide quality customer service by engaging with and understanding customer needs
- Maintain store operating standards including cash handling and safety protocols
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
