Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety
  • Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties

  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
  • Provide quality customer service by engaging with and understanding customer needs
  • Maintain store operating standards including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
