Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient quantities
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Provide quality beverages and food products while adhering to store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Build relationships with customers and team members
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
