Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and providing quality products
- Engage effectively with customers through pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Be able to perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Comfortable handling cash and store safety responsibilities

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Prepare and serve quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and customer modifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and store procedures promptly
- Manage multiple responsibilities flexibly during shifts
