Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties

  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
  • Provide quality customer service with clear and pleasant communication
  • Maintain store operating policies including cash handling and store safety
  • Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs
  • Perform various store tasks during each shift to ensure smooth operation
  • Build relationships with customers and team members
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
