Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted beverages
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Handle cash and operate the register accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and store
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Follow safety and store operating policies including food safety and security measures
