Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Engage with and understand customers through pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and recipes
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and partners
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Basic cash-handling abilities
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers by understanding and responding to their needs with clear communication
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Learn and master the latest beverage recipes and food preparation techniques
- Perform various store tasks during each shift to ensure smooth operations
