Job Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes
- Able to perform multiple tasks within each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required but customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to Starbucks standards
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
- Operate the cash register and handle cash accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and store duties
