- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
- prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests

- engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
- multitask and perform various duties within the store during each shift
