Job Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including food and beverage quality, cash handling, safety and security
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages per recipes or customized orders
- Available to perform multiple tasks throughout shifts

- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain store safety and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
