Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with and understand customer needs using clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare recipes to standard or customized specifications
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Support team members in various tasks during the shift
- Follow store policies related to safety and security
