Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling store safety and providing quality beverages and food products with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers and discover and respond to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes such as temperature quantity or ingredient substitutions
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes like temperature or ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Handle cash and store safety and security responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive store environment
- Perform a variety of tasks during each shift to support store operations
- Learn and master Starbucks product recipes and store procedures
