Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customers by providing clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages following standard and customized recipes including adjustments
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during a shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Create excellent customer service experiences by greeting customers warmly and delivering accurate orders
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items following Starbucks recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash and payment transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store and workstations
- Ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support store operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and adapt beverage preparation based on customer preferences
