Job Requirements

Job Duties
- create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted beverages
- engage warmly and thoughtfully with customers to discover and respond to their needs
- prepare food and beverages following standard and customized recipes
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- collaborate effectively with team members to provide smooth operational flow
- manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
