- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- ability to engage with and understand customers including responding to customer needs
- ability to prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
