Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform different tasks during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships

- Provide quality beverages and food products adhering to store policies and standards
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security

- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized orders
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
