- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety
- Engage with and understand customers through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer modifications
- Able to perform many different tasks during each shift
