Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe modifications such as temperature and ingredient substitutions
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift including cleaning and restocking
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Build relationships with customers and team members to create a welcoming environment
