Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes including recipe variations
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

- Remember and anticipate customer preferences to create meaningful moments
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operation
