Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food product preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and respond to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer customization
- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Provide quality beverages and food products following store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Engage and communicate effectively with customers to discover and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as necessary
