Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient quantity
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- No previous experience required

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient quantity
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Provide quality beverages and food products adhering to store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team
