Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe modifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Engage with and understand customers to respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety and security
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Build positive relationships with customers and partners
