Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Create excellent customer service experiences through friendly and efficient service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to Starbucks standards including customized orders
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Work collaboratively as part of the Starbucks store team
- Learn and master beverage and food preparation techniques
