Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
- Openness to learning beverage recipes and improving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Commitment to punctuality and attendance
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Engage with and build relationships with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities throughout each shift
