Job Requirements
- no previous experience required
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- able to meet store operating policies and standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts
- willingness to provide quality customer experiences consistently

- ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation helpful but not required

Job Duties
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized orders
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- build relationships with customers and team members
