Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling and security
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages per recipes or customer customization
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain quality beverages and food products according to store policies and standards
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Follow store operating policies consistently
