Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to meet store operational policies and provide quality products
- Ability to engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Willingness to perform many different tasks within the store during shifts
- Availability to adhere to safety and security standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Provide quality customer service by engaging and responding to customer needs
- Handle cash transactions and follow store safety and security protocols
- Perform various store tasks during shifts, including cleaning and restocking
- Maintain consistency and quality in product preparation
- Adhere to company policies and standards
