Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage effectively with customers
- Prepare beverages and food to standard or customized recipes
- Ability to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products following store standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Perform various tasks across the store during each shift as needed
