Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with customers effectively through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes including recipe adjustments
- Be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
