Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to discover and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer customizations including recipe changes
- Available to perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift

- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customer-customized recipes

- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
