Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Comply with store operating policies and standards including quality of products and safety
- Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Perform various tasks within the store each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and work well with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new beverage recipes and procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to maintain composure during busy periods
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Create excellent customer service experiences through friendly and efficient interaction
- Prepare food and beverages according to Starbucks standard recipes and customized preferences
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace and store environment
- Handle cash and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests with clear communication
- Assist with store opening and closing tasks as required
