Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety and security policies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through pleasant communication
- Adapt to performing many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Maintain calmness and efficiency in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
