Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards such as beverage and food quality, cash handling, and safety
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to their needs clearly
- Able to prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Willingness and ability to perform various tasks during shifts

Job Duties

- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customization
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store to support daily operations
- Follow store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure a welcoming environment
