Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety, and security
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Provide quality food and beverage products in compliance with store standards
