Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety, and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe modifications
- Available to perform different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and food beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with pleasant communication
- Maintain quality standards for food and beverage preparation and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety and security protocols
- Perform various store tasks during shifts including cleaning, restocking, and supporting team operations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations
