Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Engage with and understand customers and respond to needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties

  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders

  • Maintain store operating policies including cash handling and safety measures
  • Perform various tasks across the store during each shift
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the store
