Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety

- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer specifications
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Engage pleasantly with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Adapt to performing multiple tasks during each shift
