Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand our customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming environment for customers through friendly and efficient service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with Starbucks quality standards
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Learn and apply the latest beverage recipes and product information
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and partners to meet their needs
