Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety protocols
- Engage with customers effectively
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customized requests
- Able to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
- Comfortable handling cash and maintaining store safety

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted beverages
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer preferences
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure store safety
- Handle cash and follow store operating policies and standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet store goals
- Remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, energetic environment
