Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to specified recipes, including customization
- Ability to perform various store tasks during shifts
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships and engage with customers
- Comfortable with cash handling and store safety procedures
- Open to learning new beverage recipes and store tasks

- Create the Starbucks experience by providing excellent customer service
