Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety
- engage and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer customizations
- capable of performing multiple tasks within the store during each shift

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no previous experience required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- ability to follow oral and written instructions and seek clarification when needed

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- handle cash transactions accurately
