Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies and product quality standards
- Cash handling skills
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers
- Capability to prepare beverages and food items to specification
- Willingness to perform various tasks within the store during shifts

Job Duties

- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized customer preferences
- Engage with customers using clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- Perform store tasks including cash handling and ensuring store safety and security
- Prepare food and beverages per recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient substitutions
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
