Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe modifications
- Engage with and understand customers by responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Perform various tasks throughout the store during each shift to support smooth operations
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance as per store standards
