Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare beverages and food items according to standardized and customized recipes
- Handle cash responsibly and maintain transaction accuracy
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Adapt to different roles and responsibilities within the store during shifts
