Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety requirements
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare beverages and food following standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn and understand instructions quickly
