Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety

- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders including adjustments to recipes as required
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and security
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift to ensure smooth operations
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
- Build relationships with customers and team members
- Learn and follow oral and written instructions accurately
