Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality and safety
- Engage with and understand customers through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages accurately and to customer specifications
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders

- Maintain cash handling and operating standards including store safety and security
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ensure adherence to store policies and standards
- Support teamwork and contribute to a positive store environment
