Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Create and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and positive store experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and store area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and promote a supportive work environment
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and store procedures
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their preferences
